Our room was brand-new and cozy with AC as well as fan. Its location was very central, close to Church of the Holy Rosary.

Great stay, we were there for 4 days. Truly enjoyed this fairly clean and fully equipped place, courteous staff and brand-new rooms. Booked a room in good design. The service was good! The location was marvellous and the public parking was outside. Took a walk around city center, located relatively near the hotel. The fact that Pasar Seni subway station was some 15 minutes away was a plus.

I was upgraded to a cozy a double room with 2 single beds. Had a shower, a bidet and bath sheets in the bathroom.

Facilities were good, but Wi-Fi was slow.

We had a quite comfortable stay at this affordable hotel. The stuff was very good in any situation. Very central location was a plus. We enjoyed the excellant restaurant and the food was cheap.

The bed was comfortable and the wifi worked without fail for the entire duration of my stay at Sun Inns Hotel Sentral, Brickfields. The housekeeping team did a great job taking care of our room and belongings. The location was convenient, close to Kuala Lumpur Sentral and some good Indian restaurants. I had a pleasant experience and would recommend this hotel.

Convenient location near KL Sentral with friendly staff, comfortable bed, good aircon and mostly reliable Wi-Fi. Clean rooms with pleasant fragrances and TV channels available. Nice green football field in front of the hotel for fresh air.

No complaints.

The room was impressively clean, and the check-in staff were very helpful and friendly. Location-wise it was convenient, within walking distance to a shopping mall and other attractions. We also appreciated the affordable price and comfortable bed.

While the room was clean, there were only very basic amenities provided, such as a soap dispenser and 2 towels. There was no source of drinking water in the room, and the tap water was questionable.

This budget hotel is a great place to stay for a quick overnight near the train station and close to all the eateries. Rooms are cosy and clean with nice new bathrooms. The air-conditioning is powerful and the Wi-Fi works well. Staff are mostly friendly and welcoming, and the room is great value for money.

One member of staff during a stay was unhelpful and unfriendly, which put a damper on an otherwise pleasant experience.

The hotel's location was ideal, it was in close proximity to public transportation and a mall. the staff was accommodating and provided great service. Complementary mineral water bottles were provided and the room's fragrance was pleasing.

While the hotel's location was its best aspect, it came with a downside. We were provided with a room without a window which was damp with a strong scent.
